Rumble 2021 FDD

The franchisor offers and awards franchises for the right to establish and operate a fitness studio that provides boxing fitness instruction via classes, memberships and other authorized events utilizing the proprietary marks we designate, including our current primary mark RUMBLE®,  a designated package of punching bags, benches and other exercise equipment, which their franchise offering expects and assume will be leased for use in connection with Studio operations, and other proprietary components and information comprising the system of business operations the franchisor has developed for a Studio. As of the Issue Date, the franchisor offers franchises for the right to operate a Franchised Business from either a larger footprint of between 3,500 and 4,500 square feet in size (the “Signature Footprint”), and a footprint that is around 2,000 square feet in size (the “Boutique Footprint”). The franchisor also offers qualified parties the right to develop multiple franchised Studios within a given geographical area (a “Development Area”) in accordance with a defined development schedule.
