OpenWorks 2018 FDD

The franchisee will offer commercial janitorial services under the name OpenWorks. OpenWorks enters into janitorial service contracts with commercial clients. These accounts may then be “packaged” with other similar contracts to cumulate at one of seven levels of gross monthly dollar volume, and assigned to OpenWorks franchisees, who receive exclusive rights to service the contracts under OpenWorks’ trademarks and system. OpenWorks bills each client on a monthly basis and, after deducting fees and charges owed by the franchisee to OpenWorks under the Franchise Agreement, remits the balance to the franchisee.
