JC Franchising, Inc. franchises the right to open and operate “Jenny Craig” weight loss and weight management centers that provide products and services to customers to help them manage their body weight, under the “Jenny Craig” name, logos and trademarks. JC Franchising offer both traditional and alternative centers. This disclosure document is for alternative centers. “Traditional Centers” offer the Program through consultations and offer Jenny Craig authorized products for in-store purchase. “Alternative Centers” also offer the program through consultations but do not offer Jenny Craig authorized products for in-store purchase but instead franchisees execute customer purchases of Jenny Craig authorized products directly from JC USA.
